Magnit Global
The Context
As the nature of work continues to change, Magnit Global saw an opportunity to reintroduce themselves as the premiere contingent workforce management platform. Formerly ProUnlimited, we were tasked with creating a campaign that reintroduced the brand with their new name, look, and feel, as well as generate general brand awareness. Assets were created for out of home, paid social media, and programmatic display internationally in San Francisco, Dallas, New York City, and London - featuring ads in the Wall Street Journal, Spotify, and the Nasdaq Times Square digital billboard.
Concept One
With this concept, we wanted to emphasize the end-to-end, full circle solution Magnit provides. By playing with circle metaphors and imagery to match the new brand look, Magnit is positioned as an intuitive and necessary tool to manage, hire, and train a workforce within one platform.
Concept Two
When it comes to hiring and sourcing employees, it’s not about just filling in an empty chair or a blank square on a video call. It’s about finding the perfect person for the role and an employee you can count on as a team player and managing them with intuitive tools. That’s where Magnit comes in – the end-to-end solution for finding and overseeing an ideal workforce.
Concept Three
In the span of a few years, the way we work has evolved completely – hybrid offices, Zoom calls, an uptick in hiring, Slack channels, and employees based all over the world. With this concept, we emphasize this evolution and position Magnit as the logical tool to bring organizations into this next era with ease and efficiency to build a better workforce.
Final Concept
